Day 1
Your journey begins with tours of Karnak Temple and the Valley of the Kings before boarding your dahabiya in Esna for an evening of sailing and your first dinner on board.
Day 2
Explore the tombs of ancient El Kab after a morning sail, then journey by carriage to the Temple of Horus in Edfu, concluding the day with a festive barbecue and traditional music on a secluded island.
Day 3
Experience authentic village life in Basaw, then sail to the great sandstone quarries of Gebel el-Silsila to discover its rock-cut chapels and shrines before enjoying dinner on board.
Day 4
Sail to Kom Ombo to discover the unique temple dedicated to the gods Sobek and Haroeris, then anchor at the peaceful Herdiab island for a swim, followed by a festive barbecue dinner on the shore.
Day 5
After a morning swim, sail to Aswan to visit the island temple of Philae. Enjoy sunset tea on a Nubian island and the temple's Sound and Light show, before a final farewell dinner on board.
Day 6
After a final breakfast on board, your journey along the timeless Nile concludes. We will then arrange your transfer to the airport for departure or to continue your adventure onward to Cairo.
